This paper investigates the femtosecond spin dynamics mechanism using the remodeled Bloch-Schrödinger equation integrated into the Hamiltonian. Spin relaxation mechanisms were studied under varying transverse magnetization and pulse conditions in graphene. The study reveals a single continuous time scale for spin relaxation (>70 ps), diverging from previous two-time-scale models. Spin transitions and magnetic asymmetries were analyzed through transient reflectivity, revealing Gaussian and quasi-equilibrium states. Results highlight the independence of magnetic moment from pulse intensity beyond certain thresholds and propose doping to modulate electron dynamics in graphene.
