Abstract

This paper proposes a mechanism for Electromagnetic Radiation (EM-R) based on the Flip-Flop (F-F) of Circular Magnetic Field (CMF) and Electric Field (EF) from energetic charged particles. The mechanism introduces Flipping Time (tF) and Flipping Frequency (fF) to describe the transition, contrasting Maxwell’s classical transformations. It outlines EM-R generation across five main contexts, including atomic emission and antennas. A new model of EM-R structure is presented, suggesting EM energy quanta are magnetic and electric field energies released during the F-F process. The model offers a potential alternative to conventional quantum electrodynamics by focusing on CMF-EF interactions.
