Light pollution causes disturbances to humans, animals, and plants. This study evaluates its effects on human health, plant growth, animal behavior, and public awareness. Results show significant effects: 90% agree excessive lighting affects health, 70% have sleep issues, and 60% believe light attracts birds and insects. Video billboards, spotlights, car headlights, and street lights are identified as major sources. The findings suggest light pollution impacts ecosystems, human mood, and even links to breast cancer. The study calls for improved design and awareness to reduce these impacts.
