As we know, imaginary numbers are square roots of negative numbers. In this paper, imaginary numbers will be further defined. Every number has a sign. A number can be positive or negative, while zero is considered neutral. The paper introduces the Pelletier Postulate, exploring neutral numbers (±n) and how imaginary numbers can be reinterpreted with this new structure. Through redefining mathematical operations like addition, multiplication, and division involving these neutrals, it argues that imaginary numbers can be treated as real and meaningful components of mathematical reasoning. The work also discusses new representations for number signs, proposing a deeper and richer algebraic structure.
