The cosmic (physical) vacuum is modeled as a material medium forming dynamic structures in interaction with celestial bodies. These structures are proposed to have a wave nature, contributing to gravitational wave phenomena. A key result is the derivation of a background gravitational wave frequency (~0.06 Hz) based on the density of vacuum and gravitational constant. The paper models gravitational waves across the solar system, evaluating their role in planetary motion and proposing a framework for the detection of gravitational waves from exoplanetary systems using instruments like LISA. It is concluded that the vacuum plays a decisive role in the structure and dynamics of observed systems.
